Welcome to the Rabbit Hole, a one-of-a-kind boutique event venue in the heart of East Austin, just minutes from downtown and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Thoughtfully designed with rich textures, eclectic furnishings, curated spaces, and plenty of personality, the Rabbit Hole is anything but your typical event venue. Rather than one large, traditional event hall, our space offers a collection of thoughtfully designed rooms and gathering areas that invite people to connect, collaborate, and explore. From intimate conversations in the lounge to breakout sessions, creative workshops, and lively gatherings, there's room to make the experience your own. Our versatile venue features two large conference rooms, private offices, a kitchen, a green room, inviting lounge areas, our signature Jungle Bar, and a world-class podcast and video production studio. Whether you're planning a corporate offsite, team retreat, intimate gathering, workshop, brand activation, networking event, or private celebration, our space offers a unique backdrop for bringing people together. What makes the Rabbit Hole especially special is our ability to bring events and content creation together under one roof. With professional production capabilities available as an add-on, you can host a memorable experience and capture the moments that matter. It's a space designed to inspire connection, spark creativity, and make people feel right at home.
VENUE RENTAL RATES Weekdays Hourly: $425 Half-Day (up to 5 hours): $1,750 Full-Day (up to 10 hours): $3,200 Weekends Half-Day (up to 5 hours): $2,125 Full-Day (up to 10 hours): $4,000 Nonprofit rates available. Custom requests and packages are welcome. Professional video production and content creation services can be added for an additional fee. Select revenue-share partnerships considered on a case-by-case basis.
Available seven days a week by advance reservation, subject to availability. Weekend events require at least seven days' notice. Flexible scheduling is available for private events, corporate gatherings, and productions. We want everyone to have a wonderful experience at The Rabbit Hole! A few simple guidelines help us keep the space beautiful and welcoming for all. - Please respect our space, furnishings, equipment, and neighboring businesses. - Music and noise should remain at reasonable levels, especially during business hours. - All setup, breakdown, and cleanup must take place within your reserved rental time. - Outside catering and beverages are welcome with advance coordination. - Alcohol service requires prior approval and must comply with applicable regulations. - No smoking indoors. - Decorations and special installations must be approved in advance. - Guests are responsible for leaving the space in its original condition. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply. We're happy to discuss special requests and work with you to create a fantastic event!
